1. As loudly or powerfully as possible; using the full power of one's voice. The singer stopped everyone dead in their tracks with a full-throated rendition of "The Star Spangled Banner." His shout was so sharp and full-throated that it made me jump out of my seat. The hawk's sudden, full-throated screech startled us all.
2. Adamant and passionate. The crowd has been showing their full-throated support for the candidate. The actress has spared no opportunity to voice her full-throated condemnation of the director's alleged behavior. I can't believe you gave a full-throated defense of that organization! Have you not heard the despicable allegations against them?
