Fred Nerk

A man whose identity is unknown or being protected, as in legal proceedings. The spellings "Nerks" and "Nurk" can also be used. Primarily heard in Australia. The victim is a Fred Nerk—no identification was found on him. The case was brought by a Fred Nerk, so we don't know the true identity of the man suing us. This Fred Nerk's got family out there somewhere, we just don't know who they are or how to reach them.
