To realize or be reminded that one is aging, usually because one is experiencing the negative effects of the aging process. My joints are so sore—I'm really feeling my age these days. I didn't start to feel my age until I turned 50. Once that happened, it's like my back became temperamental overnight. Whew, I'm winded from walking up all those steps—and I'm definitely feeling my age!
