Mostly or entirely untrue; not at all. A: "So you're going to stop writing?" B: "Far from it! I'm just going to be shifting focus on the type of content I write." I'm no pacifist—far from it—but I don't think this war is justified. A: "Is he athletic?" B: "Far from it! But he does love watching sports."
