every law has its loophole

There is a way to circumvent every law. A: "The law clearly states that we cannot avail ourselves of this tax break." B: "Every law has its loophole. I'm sure we can get around it somehow." We play by the rules, but plenty of shifty businessmen operate by the axiom "Every law has its loophole." Here's my recommendation—don't go into business with someone who ardently believes that every law has its loophole. Just don't.
