To use someone or something to coerce or trick someone into doing something. I'm just worried that she's entrapping you with this alleged pregnancy so that you rip up the divorce papers. You can't entrap me with a non-disclosure agreement. I refuse to sign it! Did the detectives entrap the subject with threats of violence? Why else would he have given a false confession?
