deck out with (something)
deck out with (something)
To decorate something lavishly or elaborately with something. A noun or pronoun is used before or after "out." Wow, you really decked out the house with Christmas lights—I've never seen so many in my life! We decked her new dorm room out with dozens of photos of her friends and family so that she wouldn't get too homesick. I don't particularly like Halloween, so I'm not gonna deck out the house with pumpkins and ghosts.
