debit (something) to (someone or something)
To spend money from one's or a particular account. You can just debit any travel expenses to the corporate account. So many teachers have to debit the cost of basic school supplies to their personal bank accounts, and it's just not right. Yeah, I do have my mom's credit card, but I'm only allowed to debit emergency expenses to it!
