slang Very intoxicated and, as a result, crying. Oh man, was I crying drunk last night? I'm sorry you had to see that. I guess we've reached the point in the night where the girls are crying drunk because now they're freaking out over text messages from the guys they like. Being the only sober one when your friends are crying drunk really isn't fun.
