OK; all right. Used to indicate understanding or acknowledgment, especially in radio communications. A: "I'm going to pull over up ahead." B: "Copy that." A: "Janet, I'm going to need that report ahead of the meeting this afternoon." B: "Copy that. I'll have it ready for you by lunch." You're at the next rest stop? OK, copy that—I should be there soon.
