chuck up
To vomit. A noun or pronoun can be used between "chuck" and "up." When I had the flu, I think I chucked up everything I'd ever eaten in my entire life. Geez, I thought I was going to chuck up my lunch out on that boat—I felt so seasick! A: "The rookie saw blood for the first time and chucked his breakfast up right there at the crime scene." B: "Geez, he's gonna need a stronger stomach for this line of work."

chuck something up
to vomit something up. Don't give chocolate to the dog. It will just chuck it up later. The dog chucked up the grass it had eaten.
