To throw or heave something over something else. The game ended abruptly when Ben chucked our football over the wall. Hey, buddy, can you chuck a towel over the shower curtain? I seem to have forgotten mine. Kristina was so upset when her boyfriend broke up with her via text that she chucked her phone over the fence.
