a catch to (something)

A problem, drawback, or hidden detriment to an idea or situation, often one that is initially concealed as a means of entrapment. I know this sounds like a great offer, but there's a pretty big catch to it—I'd have to move across the country. I knew there had to be a catch to such a great-sounding deal. Turns out that I only get the money if I convince 10 other people to participate in the scheme. Is there a catch to this? Why are you selling a mint-condition baseball card for so little?
