To have great success in a short period of time. I'm sure he will improve the company—he's the kind of guy who always seems to carry the world before him. I don't put much faith in rookies who carry the world before them. I like to see how they handle the grind of a whole season. Can you carry the world before you? Because we need a quick turnaround here, or the company will go bankrupt.
