A woman who has won, or looks as if she could win, a beauty pageant. When that beauty queen walked in, everyone's heads turned. My college roommate was beauty queen, you know. Yeah, she won some local pageants and was a finalist to be Miss America! There's no way that beauty queen over by the bar would talk to dorks like us!
