slang To be extremely or excessively excited (about something). We were all stoked out of our minds to find out that our debate team would be going to the national championships. I'm stoked out of my mind for the trip to Europe this summer. It's something I've been wanting to do for years! Summer vacation starts today at noon, and the kids are stoked out of their minds.
