To be especially remarkable or noteworthy; to fill one with pride, excitement, or enthusiasm. A: "Have you eaten at that new restaurant yet?" B: "Yeah, I went there last week. Everything we tasted was something to shout about!" So far his performance hasn't been something to shout about. To be honest, we were expecting much more from him when we recruited him. Have you tried his latest invention? Yeah, it's really not something to shout about.
