be on for (something)

To be scheduled to meet with someone for some purpose at a particular time. A: "Are we still on for lunch tomorrow?" B: "Yep, I'll meet you at the restaurant at noon." I thought Jenny and I were on for 8 AM, but she's nowhere to be found. OK, I talked to Rich's assistant and got that meeting pushed for you. You two are now on for noon tomorrow.
