be not the full quid

slang To be a bit crazy or wacky. Primarily heard in Australia. He's not the full quid if he thinks that plan is going to work. Of course he's not the full quid—he's wearing pajamas at the beach! You can't tell people you want to start a business selling bees as pets—they'll think you're not the full quid!
