To be working toward some outcome or aim. I'm looking to get a new job—do you know anyone who's hiring? If you need to finalize everything in 30 days, the seller doesn't have a problem with that—he's looking to move on from this investment property as soon as possible. Guys like that are just looking to put any competitors out of business. You can't trust them!
