To be especially funny, clever, and entertaining. Gosh, Sarah sure is a card, huh? She always cracks me up! I was a bit of a class clown growing up. I liked being a card around the other kids because it got me a lot of attention. My stomach hurts from laughing so much! Oh boy, your sister's a real card!
