Because one has proposed or suggested something. I went to that restaurant at Cathy's suggestion, but I wasn't impressed with it. A: "You weren't impressed with that candidate? Isn't he Karlee's cousin?" B: "Yes, and I only interviewed him at Karly's suggestion." We got Chinese at your brother's suggestion, but next time, you can pick where we eat, OK?
