An imperative to do or finish something and to cease discussing, debating, delaying, or thinking about it. Stop procrastinating writing your paper: just do it and be done with it. Look, I don't care what you do with the money, just take it from me and be done with it. I've been working on this essay for hours now, so I'm just going to write the conclusion and be done with it.
