Said along with "If you know what I mean" when the speaker thinks the listener has understood their insinuation. If Jen didn't come home last night, then I bet she and Bill were preoccupied with some extracurricular activities, if you know what I mean—and I think you do. Yeah, I don't think the CEO's daughter got this job because of her resume, know what I mean? And I think you do. A: "Claire sure has been nauseous a lot lately, but only in the morning, it seems. Know what I mean—and I think you do." B: "Oh my gosh, is she pregnant?"
