In good health. Yes, I was sick a few weeks ago, but I'm all oak and iron bound now. My grandma has been rowing her whole life. She turns 87 this year and she's still all oak and iron bound. Ben did have surgery a few months ago, but he's completed physical therapy and is all oak and iron bound now.
