Coming across as dull, thick-witted, or stupid; unable to grasp or understand a situation or concept. I feel like I'm a bit too obtuse to understand what these people are talking about. I've shown you how to do it five times now! Are you just a bit obtuse? He keeps pulling on a door that's clearly marked "push," so yeah, he seems a bit obtuse to me.
