A derogatory term for a wealthy or upper-class person with liberal political beliefs. Used to imply that such a person is hypocritical or disingenuous. Primarily heard in US. These limousine liberals don't have any understanding of what it's like for the working class, so why would we ever want them as our leaders? He keeps going on and on about creating universal healthcare and affordable mass public transit, but that limousine liberal gets driven around in a Mercedes SUV wherever he goes and pays out the nose for top-of-the-line health insurance.
