LP

Short for long-playing (record), a vinyl phonograph record 25–30 cm in diameter that plays at approximately 33 revolutions per minute, designed to hold a full album of music (compared to an EP, or "extended-play record," which typically only holds four or five songs). The band only ever put out one LP, but it's considered by many to be a milestone in their genre.
