IANAL

An initialism of "I am not a lawyer," used in online communications as a caveat when offering an opinion on or giving advice about some legal issue. It sounds to me like you have grounds for a lawsuit, but IANAL, so don't just take my word for it. Look, IANAL, but you ought to be due compensation for what happened. I don't know how you're gonna get out of this contract, but IANAL.

IANAS

An initialism of "I am not a scientist," used in online communications as a caveat when offering an opinion on or giving advice about some scientific issue. Well, IANAS or anything, but I think it has something to do with the conductivity of your skin. It sounds to me like the data pool of this study is too small to extrapolate any meaningful correlations. But then IANAS. IANAS, but shouldn't you be wearing goggles if you're working with acid?
