A sarcastic phrase used to emphasize that one is not actually scared of someone or something. That scrawny twerp wants to fight me? Ooh, I'm shaking! Wow, I'm shaking. I'll get in the ring with that guy, any time, anywhere. Ooh, I'm really scared of you! I'm shaking, you frighten me so!
