5. vulgar slang Collectively, potential sexual partners (typically women), considered and pursued solely as such. booty call
1. An overture or invitation for a purely sexual interaction. This phrase is not limited to phone calls, despite its wording. Come on, if he's texting you at 1 AM, it's definitely a booty call. I know it's late, but this isn't a booty call—Josh and I are just friends. A: "Nobody calls someone after 11 PM unless it's a booty call!" B: "Get your mind out of the gutter, will ya?"
2. One who is purely a sexual partner, often of convenience, rather than a romantic partner. I'm looking for a serious relationship now, so I refuse to be your booty call anymore—lose my number. I really did care about you, Tina. I never saw you just a booty call. What happens if you meet someone that you really like, huh? It's going to lead to hurt feelings with your booty call.
3. Strong sexual desire or arousal. He doesn't want to date you, he just reaches out when he feels the booty call. Sarah's has had the booty call for our waiter all night, so I wrote her number on a napkin and told him to call her when he finishes work. A: "I can't believe you went home with that guy from the bar!" B: "What can I say? I felt the booty call as soon as he touched the small of my back."
booty check
To check someone's buttocks for something concealed there, often drugs. If the police are suspicious, they're going to give you a booty check. Sir, I did give him a booty check and I found nothing, that's why I let him go. Stop that guy. He needs a booty check—he has the look of a drug mule about him.
booty cheddar
Nonsense or foolishness. His explanation is total booty cheddar and doesn't answer the question at all. Personally, I think the notion of "love at first sight" is a lot of booty cheddar. Don't give me that excuse, I know it's just a bunch of booty cheddar.
ghetto booty
slang A large, shapely buttocks, typically of a black woman. Potentially offensive. Skinny girls are OK, but I really love a chick with a ghetto booty.
shake (one's) booty
slang To dance in a wild or free-spirited manner. Let's go get some pizza and then shake our booties at that new club downtown!
