slang A New Zealander whose ancestry is not of the native Māori, especially someone of European descent. Sometimes considered derogatory. The Māori kids in school always called me a ballhead because my great-grandparents emigrated here from Ireland. Where's that ballhead from, England? He's definitely not Māori.
