Underwear, particularly men's underwear. "BVD" is an underwear manufacturer. Shut the door, I don't want anyone to see me in my BVDs! I accidentally saw Luke in his BVDs yesterday, and, let me tell you, he has quite a physique! The doctor took forever to see me, so I had to sit in that freezing exam room in my BVDs for what felt like an eternity!
