To attend something with great eagerness, excitement, and enthusiasm. Of course I'm coming to your play—I'll be there with bells on! They're such a supportive group of friends. When I had my little party celebrating my promotion, they were all there with bells on. I missed out on junior prom, so I'll be there with bells on this year!

BTWBO

An abbreviation for "be there with bells on," a phrase said when one is eager or excited to attend something. Of course I'm coming to your play! BTWBO! They're such a supportive group of friends. When I invited them to a little party celebrating my promotion, most of the responses I got were "BTWBO." A: "By the way, I'll pick you up first, so be ready by 6:00, OK?" B: "Sure. BTWBO!"
