BROTUS
slang A humorous term applied to the close friendship between US President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden. The term combines "bro" (a word for a close male friend taken from a shortening of "brother") with the abbreviation for "President of the United States" (POTUS). I really hope that BROTUS lives on, even when Obama and Biden aren't in the White House anymore. I mean, we had POTUS, FLOTUS, and SCOTUS, so I suppose it was only a matter of time until someone came up with BROTUS. I know that I enjoy work more when I get along well with my co-workers, so I imagine BROTUS has its benefits.
