One must bear the guilt or responsibility for someone's death or injury. You may have walked away from your drunk driving accident unscathed, but that poor boy's blood is on your hands. Blood is now on the police's hands after their crackdown on protesters turned violent. Even if it happened accidentally, Norman still shot someone. That guy's blood is on Norman's hands.
