Very inexpensive. Primarily heard in UK. Oh, you could definitely afford an apartment in my building—the rent is cheap as chips. I don't have much to spend, so I hope you found me something that's cheap as chips—and cute too, of course! There are very few places around here where you can get a meal that's cheap as chips anymore.
